All images created by Tall Photographer are protected by copyright. A license is required for any use beyond personal viewing. Choose the license that fits your needs below, or contact us for a custom agreement.

License types

Personal / Social License (non‑commercial)

Use on your personal social profiles and portfolios.
Credit required: “Photo: Tall Photographer” with a link/tag where possible.
No paid ads, resale, or brand promotion.

Commercial Web License

Use on business websites, blogs, organic social, email, and internal decks.
Up to 5M online impressions.
No paid ads, OOH, packaging, or broadcast.

Advertising License

Paid ads (Google/Meta/OOH), billboards, apps, packaging, print, and broadcast.
Unlimited impressions.
Sub‑licensing by written agreement only.

Editorial License

News/press use where the image illustrates a newsworthy event.
No product/brand endorsement.

What’s not allowed (all licenses)

Resale, NFTs, stock redistribution, or adding to any template/library.
Training AI models or generative datasets.
Using the image in a defamatory, unlawful, or misleading way.

Releases & exclusivity

Model/Property releases provided when applicable.
Exclusivity available (extra fee); otherwise, licenses are non‑exclusive.
Duration: perpetual unless stated otherwise.

Credit & alterations

Do not remove watermarks.
Basic edits (crop, color, resize) allowed; heavy retouching needs approval.
Please credit Tall Photographer where editorially appropriate.
