Our Timings

We are open daily from 10am to 6pm, excluding Saturdays. We are available to shoot on Saturdays and outside of working hours only if previously agreed. extra fees might apply.

Planning Your Shoot

• Please plan visiting us in advance. If you are planning to visit the studio to see the space, discuss your shoot, make a payment, etc. please make an appointment. Our team is available at the studio by scheduled bookings or appointments only.
• To confirm a booking, we require 50% of deposit being paid upon receiving and accepting the quotation. in case if deposit is not being cleared within 48 hours from the acceptation of the quotation, we hold the right to remove you from the schedule. After making the payment, you will receive a notification about the successful booking.

We will not be considering shoots requests for below 500 AED of worth, which is our minimum starting fee for any type of shooting.

• Please make sure to arrive to the shoot at least 15 min before your booking starts – otherwise we might not be able to provide the service on time. Booking starts at the time of reservation. If you are late for your booking time, we spend less time shooting – we will still charge you the full amount. Being late comes at your own expense! If you are late for more than 45 minutes without notice, the booking will be automatically canceled and full payment will be charged.
• Please come for the shoot prepared. In case if you need to clean your items, style/cook your food or iron the clothing – make sure it’s being done before the shoot. Especially if your booking is per photo, please note we reserve approximately 15 minutes slot per item. if items are not ready, we might charge additionally 500 aed per hour while we wait for you to make your products ready. please note that there is possibility of steam ironing your items if dropped to studio at least 48 hours before the shoot. we charge for steam ironing 15 AED per item.
• Please let us know if you would like to use a studio make-up area or would like us to include in your booking usage of our wardrobe, accessories, shoes or jewelry. We offer 1 hour of make-up area for free with every booking. If you need more time – charge will be 50 AED per hour. standard price list rates applies for the wardrobe usage. Please make sure to put aside all the items being used by you during the shoot so we can dry clean and sanitize them.

We normally welcome up to 6 people in a studio and during the shoot at the same time, photographer and our team member included. If you wish to invite someone additionally (fashion stylist, make up artist, friends), we will charge 50 AED/hour per person.

• Please note that we don’t offer dedicated for our clients parking spots. there is a RTA parking just outside of our building, please make sure to arrive earlier in order to be able to secure the spot if needed.

Please note that our studio has CCTV camera in operation at all times and by entering the studio, you agree to being video recorded.

After The Shooting

During the shoot you will have access to a big screen live view and will be asked to mark those images that you wish to edit (within the agreed number of images). if you wish to edit more than agreed, we will charge additionally per each, extra image. The usual price list will apply.

We usually provide edited images within 3 working days after the shoot. on occasions this time might be shorter or longer depending on the scope of work. files can be released only after the full payment is cleared. the full payment should not be cleared later than at the day of the shoot. Late payment fee of AED 250 per 15-day delay will be applied from the payment due day.

All the images will be sent to you by wetransfer or google drive, please note that the links are expiring within 7 days from the receiving date. In case if you will not be able to download your files within the 7 days time frame, we will charge additional 250 aed for another upload. we don’t offer transfer to usb sticks or hard drives unless those devices are being provided by client.

We accept cash, credit cards, payment links and cheques (from uae businesses only). in case if you would like to use the payment link, please note that 5% of additional fee will be applied by the payment link provider. the clearing date is when the funds reaches our account and not when the transfer has been initiated/cheque received. we own exclusive rights to any footage until the full payment is received.

We don’t share raw files. all usable, raw images can be purchased, we will charge additionally 50 AED per each raw file.

Cancellation/rescheduling:

Booking cancellation is free of charge 72 hours prior to the booking time. Cancelling within less than 72 hours will be charged 50% of total payment.

In case your plans changed, you are free to reschedule a booking, one time only and no later than 48 hours before the initial booking time. Rescheduling later will be treated as cancellation with a 50% payment.

Liability

In case of any damages to the studio equipment, wardrobe, accessories or props by client or client’s team, the client is obligated to compensate the cost of damage on the spot. In case of refusal to compensate the damage, our team will have to immediately contact the police.

If you wish to drop your items to the studio to be photographed in your absence, please provide the detailed, written list of items that we will cross check when it comes to the total number only. you are leaving your items with us on your own responsibility. no damages claims will be entertained unless you have been present during the shoot.

Please note that we don’t store in our studio any type of edible products, medicines, other easily spoiling items for longer than shooting hours. items must be collected directly after. we refuse to hold responsibility for any type of damages on those products during or after the shoot.
