No city packs this density of iconic backdrops into one location. Within a 40-minute drive of each other you have a 828-metre glass skyscraper, a centuries-old heritage district with warm sandstone walls and creek-side dhows, a man-made palm-shaped island, and open desert with nothing but sand in it. Timing matters more than most couples expect

Early morning and late afternoon produce the best light at every Dubai location - softer, more flattering, and with far fewer crowds. The exact best time varies per location. Tell us where you want to shoot and we'll plan the timing around it.

Choose locations before outfits

Old Dubai's warm sandstone walls suit earth tones and white. The Marina's glass-and-steel backdrop suits bold colours. The desert suits anything structured. Know where you are shooting first, then plan outfits to complement the palette.

Tell us your one non-negotiable shot

If there is one specific image you absolutely must have - Burj Khalifa base with no one else in frame, Atlantis from The Pointe at dusk - name it first. We plan the whole itinerary around that anchor shot and treat everything else as a bonus.

Don't worry about posing - that is our job
