How can I make sure you'll be satisfied with your photographs?
We know how to put our clients at ease and deliver on their goals. We offer a 100% guarantee so you can rest assured that if you don’t like your images, we’ll give you free revisions.
Why do I have to leave a deposit?
When you book a session with us, we book the photographer, location, and equipment for your appointment. Your booking fee is a sign of good faith that you will be on time for your appointment or give us 2 days notice to reschedule.
When are you open?
We are available Sunday to Friday every week between 9 am to 6 pm.
How fast can I book a session?
For photography and videography, we confirm your booking 2 days before your photo shoot appointment. once we have full details about your photo shooting.
How do I change my booking appointment?
Just give us 2 days notice and we will reschedule it free of charge. Please call, email, or WhatsApp us.
What if I change my mind about the booking?
No problem at all. All bookings can be canceled 2 days before the appointment. Except if its less than 2 days for your appointment and we already booked the team. In this case there will be no refund for the deposit.
